Neom's Perfect Night's Sleep Kit

I'll admit that sleep isn't something I struggle with.  In fact, it's one thing I'm pretty darn good at.  Once I'm asleep, I'm asleep; it's happened before that I've woken up only to find that Ed's in hospital after being picked up by an ambulance in the night....but that's a story for another day!

Ed on the other hand, really does struggle to nod off, so when the opportunity to try out Neom's Perfect Night's Sleep Kit came up I figured it was worth a try.

I'm a little late putting this post up (been giving it a thorough trial), but it's available until the end of September at a discounted price compared to buying the products individually.  Those products are the Tranquility Candle, Tranquility Bath Foam and the Tranquility Mist.  They're designed to relax and are a combination of lavender essential oil, sweet basil and jasmine.

It says to light the candle a few hours before bed, but because we spend most of the evening downstairs I don't like to leave a lit candle unattended in the bedroom with the cats running around.  Instead, I've been lighting this before bed, whilst I potter around taking my make up off.  Ed sprays his pillow with the mist (which smells slightly masculine), and he's yet to test the bath foam out.

I've been really impressed with this kit.  I wasn't sure whether it would actually work, but Ed's confirmed that he thinks it does, and I guess the proof would be that I managed to fall asleep the night before the first day of term, which hasn't happened for years.  And that was just with having the candle lit and the scent from Ed's pillows!

As I said, this kit is only available through September, so if you want to try it, be quick!  I was sent sample sizes, but for £55 you get the full size products and save yourself £20.  And when you consider that the Tranquility candle is £39.50 on it's own, you're getting a good deal!

The Neom Perfect Night's Sleep Kit is available to buy here.
