Max Factor Facefinity All Day Flawless 3 in 1 Foundation

It's around this time of year that I usually get the urge to seek out a new foundation, and this year it was the Max Factor Facefinity All Day Flawless 3 in 1 Foundation that caught my eye.

I picked this out a couple of weeks ago when I went shopping with Leanne.  Despite being an absolute mouthful, neither of us could actually recall ever reading anything about this foundation in the blogosphere.

I'd say this is a medium-full coverage foundation.  A little seems to go a long way with me (although since cutting in a fringe I've been skipping putting any foundation on my forehead) and I've been finding that I've not even needed a full pump to cover my face.  I didn't pay too much attention to the shade range, but the colour I chose is a pretty good match for me.

It wears well throughout the day, and I've not ended up patchy at all by the end of the day.  Even after visiting the gym, I'm not left with an obviously mucky-looking face.  Some foundations (ahem, Revlon ColorStay) often left me with strange blotches around my cheeks so that's always the first place I check.  And I'm pleased to say, Facefinity has passed the test!

It boasts being a 3 in 1, offering primer, concealer and foundation, but I can't say I've given that a full trial.  I favour using my Clarins primer and my dark circles always need extra coverage.  That said, I haven't found myself needing to go back in and conceal any spots or blemishes, so perhaps it does work as an ok concealer!

At £11.99, this foundation is a little more expensive than I like to pay for a drugstore product.  So far so good though, I'd be tempted to repurchase!
