The beauty shake up
Every once in a while I like to have a real rotation in my beauty routine. I'm a creature of habit, and for the most part I stick to what I know. But this summer I've made a few additions to the core of my collection and thought I'd share with the products making the cut right now.
I've already told you how much I love the Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade and it's not the only change to my make up routine that have been introduced. Recently I've been back on the gel eyeliner thang, switching between my brown and black Maybelline Gel Liners depending on the look I'm going with. The Color Tattoo in Permanent Taupe has been a regular feature as well, and I'm loving the similar tones of the new L'Oreal Color Riche L'Ombre Pure shadows I recently bought. Shades 200 and 201, if you were wondering. Then, moving onto lips, I've been loving the Mirabella Lip Lustre Liner in Shy. I've been debating purchasing MAC's Whirl for a while, and for the time being this ticks that brown-tinged-rosy-color box until I make my mind up whether to buy or not.
And finally, perfume. I don't often splash out on perfume, and can't actually remember the last time I bought any, but I fell in love with this one - Vanille & Narcisse from L'Occitane. I've never bought anything from L'Occitane before, but this is a scent that's right up my street. It's a grown up sort of vanilla that's not sickly sweet, with a deeper, muskier layer in there as well. I'm no perfume-describer but, trust me, it's a good'un!
What do you think of my picks?
